The truCOLLECT DNA Extraction Kit is specifically designed to recover highquality genomic DNA from 50 µL samples of stabilized whole blood collected using the truCOLLECT Whole Blood Collection Kit.

• Powered by Adaptive Focused Acoustics^® (AFA^®) technology, utilizing the automation-friendly Covaris R230 Focused Ultrasonicator, to perform key workflow steps including controlled acoustic rehydration and reproducible analyte extraction of desiccated whole blood samples.
• Provides the process required for rehydration of the desiccated truCOLLECT blood sample, cell lysis, extraction and magnetic bead-based purification of genomic DNA, producing consistent yield and purity suitable for demanding downstream genomic applications.
