I have been using the MN Plasmid Prep Kit since 10+ years ago, range from miniprep to midi-prep to 96 well high throughput kits, and they consistently delivers high quality results. Here are a few reasons why I highly recommend it:

"5/5 stars! This kit will purify a 180kb EBV-bacmid. I started with a 400mL culture and purified almost 100ug of bacmid. The final pellet is hard to see because it's so clean - mark the topside of the tube before you spin if you use a fixed angle rotor. It successfully electroporated into my strain of bacteria on the first try.
