The MMLV Reverse Transcriptase 1st-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit produces full-length first-strand cDNA from total cellular RNA preparations or purified poly(A) RNA.
This complete kit includes the same MMLV High Performance Reverse Transcriptase that is available as a separate component (Item ID. RT80125K) and maintains all the same high performance characteristics as that stand alone enzyme. To help simplify your cDNA synthesis, this kit contains all the necessary components to make 1st strand cDNA.
