LUTHOR High-Definition Single-Cell 3’ mRNA-Seq kits are provided with all necessary reagents to perform the full library preparation protocol:
- Cell lysis (optional)
- THOR reaction
- In vitro transcription (IVT)

- Purification reactions, with magnetic beads
This kit additionally provides the UDI Set B1, designed to perform error correction and maximize the reads recovered from your sequencing run.
