Description
The SupreDye™ Cycle Sequencing Kits provide all the sequencing-required components in a ready, pre-mixed format to deliver the high-quality performance you expect with no changes necessary protocol, system settings, or calibrations, at a superior value. Both single-stranded or double-stranded DNA templates from PCR and plasmids as well as large templates and G-rich templates (GT and GC) can be sequenced with uniform peak heights and long, high-resolution reads.
Versions 1.1. and 3.1 of the SupreDye Cycle Sequencing Kits are alternatives for widely used Terminator Cycle Sequencing v1.1 (for shorter reading or reading near primer) and v3.1 (for longer reading such as de novo sequencing and resequencing purpose), respectively. The SupreDye dGTP v1.0 and 3.0 Cycle Sequencing Kits are designed for sequencing G-rich templates with greater success.
