The truPOP® Cell Lysis Buffer is designed for efficient lysis and subsequent extraction of RNA and high molecular weight (HMW) DNA from a range of microorganisms using Covaris Adaptive Focused Acoustics® (AFA®). This kit provides enough buffer to process up to 300 individual samples.
