DNA for Validation of 3% Agarose Cassettes, internal standards, 1 tube, 16 loads

Control DNA is similar to the DNA used in testing of Pippin instruments and cassettes. The product includes a purified restriction digest of genomic DNA from E.coli, premixed with loading solution.

Size distributions closely match the useful fractionation range to the 3% agarose cassette.

Each tube contains sufficient volume for 20 sample loads. A user guide provides a suggested protocol and expected results.
