Description
The CRISPRclean® Stranded Total RNA Prep with rRNA Depletion (Human, Mouse, Rat) is a total RNA library prep leveraging a CRISPR-powered depletion workflow facilitating the detection of lower expressing and biologically relevant transcripts from complex samples.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Overview
Specific, unbiased rRNA depletion and library prep for RNA-Seq
In RNA samples, up to 90% consists of ribosomal RNA. Failing to remove these abundant rRNA sequences during transcriptome sequencing reduces sequencing capacity and hinders the detection of biologically relevant, low-expressing transcripts. Discover how CRISPRclean® enhances your research by efficiently removing rRNA.
Key highlights:
- Efficient multi-species depletion using CRISPR-Cas9 technology in a single tube.
- Enhances detection of biologically relevant, low-expressing transcripts.
- Our optimized library prep and depletion workflow ensures high-quality transcript representation.
- Achieve consistent full-length, uniform transcript coverage with high library complexity.
- Complete your workflow in just one day: 7.5 hours assay with 3 hours of hands-on time.
