sbeadex™ magnetic microparticles enable the automated high-throughput extraction and purification of high quality DNA from various sample types. A novel two step binding mechanism via an adapter allows binding of nucleic acids more specifically. Final washes with pure water deliver nucleic acids in high yield, purity and quality. sbeadex chemistry is perfectly adapted to our oKtopure™ high-throughput extraction platform.

The sbeadex livestock kit enables a range of livestock sample types to be performed in parallel using one protocol. Sample types that can be extracted using this kit include blood, tissue (dried and preserved), hair, semen and saliva.
