Our microwell plate washer is designed to effectively remove a wide range of chemicals and biological contaminants without cross-contamination, ensuring safe, consistent plate cleaning and reliable reuse.
Features
Multiple Plates Per Cycle
Cleans up to 4 SLAS standard microwell plates in a single cycle and up to 20 plates per hour.
Customized Cleaning
Can accommodate up to 4 reagents; Wash protocols are refined based on individual customer assays and requirements.
Maintains Plate Integrity
Avoids high temperatures and corrosive chemicals so plate integrity is maintained through repetitive reuse.
Consumable Savings
Allows for reduced consumable purchases with 90% cost savings and positive environmental impact through reuse.
ISO 9001 & 13485 certified
Demonstrates our commitment to quality management, continuous improvement and product realization.
How We Wash
Utilizing proprietary technology, Grenova’s products ensure thorough washing and decontamination of microwell plates and other consumables, allowing for multiple reuses without compromising quality. Microwell plates can be washed through programable and optimizable wash protocols that include these 5 steps.
HIGH-PRESSURE FLUSH
Flush of DI water with cleaning agent to dislodge larget contaminants from the plate wells.
UVC LIGHT EXPOSURE
Kills 99% of infectious diseases from the plate surfaces; makes plates DNA, RNA free.
SOAKING
Immerses plates in a cleaning solution to loosen any additional particles.
SONICATION
Removes smaller contaminants from the plate surfaces by applying sound energy to agitate particles.
MECHANICAL TIP AGITATION
Dislodges additional contaminates; aids in the rinsing process by removing droplets of water and reagent.
