Description
The truChIP® Native Chromatin Shearing Kit is optimized for the efficient and reproducible shearing of chromatin from adherent and suspension mammalian cell lines using Covaris AFA® Focused-ultrasonicators. This truChIP kit can be used as an alternative to difficult to control enzymatic micrococcal nuclease (MNase) digestion of native chromatin (non-crosslinked) in preparation for ChIP-based applications.
