Control DNA is the same preparation of DNA used in testing of PippinHT instrument and cassettes. The product consists of a high molecular weight ladder, to validate High-Pass DNA collection protocols between 6 and 15kb thresholds..
Each tube contains sufficient volume for 48 sample loads. Used with HPD7510 or HPE7510 (and HPD7504, HPE7504) gel cassette kits.
Supplied with all required reagents. A user guide provides a suggested protocol and expected results.
