Description
Control DNA is the same preparation of DNA used in testing of PippinHT instrument and cassettes. The product includes a purified restriction digest of genomic DNA from E.coli. The total fragment size distribution spans the specified size selection range of the 3% agarose cassette (100-300bp).
Each tube contains sufficient volume for 48 sample loads.
Used with HTG3010 or HTG3004 gel cassette kits. Supplied with internal standard / loading solution mix.
