Description
Control DNA is the same preparation of DNA used in testing of PippinHT instrument and cassettes. The product includes a purified restriction digest of genomic DNA from E.coli. The total fragment size distribution spans the specified size selection range of the 1.5% agarose cassette (250-1500bp).
Each tube contains sufficient volume for 48 sample loads. Used with HTC1510 or HTC1504 gel cassette kits.
Supplied with internal standard / loading solution mix. A user guide provides a suggested protocol and expected results.
