Description
TruPure™ Formamide is a highly deionized formamide specifically developed for sample resuspension, especially for sequencing sample prepared by ethanol precipitation, and for dilution of standards for fragment analysis. The great advantage offered by this product is the maintenance of signal intensity and stability.
Note: TruPure Formamide is not required for sample resuspension if samples are purified using our Optima™ DTR, Performa ® DTR or SupreDye™ XT Purification Kits. All of which can be directly loaded on CE instruments upon purification.
