Description
The Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets contain 96 pre-mixed UDIs that can be used for QuantSeq-Pool Sample-Barcoded 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep and LUTHOR 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep. NOTE: No additional PCR reagents are provided with this index set. The required enzymes and buffers are provided with the respective main kit (QuantSeq-Pool Sample-Barcoded 3′ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina and LUTHOR 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit).
